Bon des nouvels de ma commande. Si je comprend bien elle n'est toujours pas parti car je vien de recevoir ce mail:
"Dear Mini Spares Customer,
Thank you for your recent order. Unfortunately, some of the parts that you have
ordered are currently out of stock. I have included the part number(s) for the
missing item(s) below.
ALA6654MS (No Delivery date has been supplied or confirmed by
the supplier)
Please let me know, by replying to this e-mail, which option you wish to take.
1) Send what goods are available and hold the rest on backorder
2) Cancel the missing parts and send what is in stock.
*****We are unable to hold incomplete orders*****
Your order will remain on hold for 5 days or until we receive a response (which
ever is the shorter). All orders placed with a backorder will receive a second
delivery charge (usually smaller than the original P+P charge). If we do not
get a response to this e-mail, your missing goods will be placed on backorder
and the in stock items shipped to you. If only one item has been ordered that is
not in stock it will be voided if no response is logged within the 5 days.
So a record can be kept it is preferable that you reply to this e-mail rather
than contacting us by phone.
